The service. Georgia On Call answers forwarded calls for your company, books appointments, transfers emergencies, and sends you summaries. Calls are answered by an automated dispatcher that discloses it is automated when asked.
Billing. $497 a month plus a $997 one-time setup, month to month, cancel any time. 600 minutes a month included; $0.50 a minute after that. The free trial is 14 days, no card required.
Your side. You control call forwarding on your own line and can turn it off any time with a carrier code. You're responsible for how booked jobs are performed.
Ours. We aim for every call answered, but no phone system is perfect; our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior month.
